PREPARATION / BEFORE WE DESIGN
What to prepare before getting your portfolio built
A simple checklist to help Viorixa turn your real work into a polished, personalized website.
The essentials
Your full professional name, role, location (only as precise as you want public), a short biography, preferred contact email and professional social profile links.
Select the strongest projects
Three to six well-explained projects are usually more useful than dozens of unexplained thumbnails. Include the problem, your role, a few visuals, process and actual outcome.
Collect your own imagery
Use work you created, licensed visuals or assets you have permission to publish. Supply high-resolution images and logos where possible.
Decide the personality
Choose one of the eight live design starting points. Tell us what you like about it and whether you prefer something calmer, bolder, more editorial or more visual.
Make the domain decision
Choose whether you want a new personal domain or already own one. Keep domain registrar access and renewal controls in your own account.
Approve everything before launch
Review the exact spelling of your name, accomplishments, project dates, contact form recipient, image permissions, privacy policy and final mobile view.
